Commercial FAQ

  • How do we request pricing?

Send plans or schedule a takeoff with us and we’ll return a detailed takeoff with clear scope, assumptions, and alternates when needed.

  • What do you need to bid accurately?

Plans, elevations, finish schedules, relevant details, and (when applicable) casework shop drawings. For cutouts: sink/appliance cut sheets and any special requirements.

  • Do you provide alternates or value engineering?

Yes. We can recommend material and scope alternates to help meet budget while protecting performance and aesthetics.

  • Do you work directly with GCs, developers, casework teams, and designers?

Yes—commercial success is coordination. We align scope, sequencing, and details with the full project team.

  • Do you support shop drawings/submittals?

Yes. We support a submittal-ready workflow so details get approved before production.

  • Can you handle fast-track schedules?

Yes—when scope, approvals, and site readiness are aligned early. Speed comes from clean inputs and fast approvals.

  • Do you template on-site?

Yes. Field verification is critical on commercial projects to reduce rework and install-day surprises.

  • What causes delays most often?

Incomplete specs, late cut sheet changes, access constraints, or site readiness issues. We flag risks early to protect schedule.

  • Can you handle multifamily and repeat-unit programs?

Yes. We support repeatable standards, precut workflows, and coordinated sequencing for unit turns and multi-phase schedules.

  • How do you manage installation logistics?

We coordinate access, staging, protection, sequencing, and install windows—especially on multi-floor, occupied, or restricted sites.

  • Do you provide punch/closeout support?

Yes. We support punch and closeout so projects finish clean.

  • What materials are best for high-traffic commercial spaces?

Quartz and porcelain are common for low maintenance and consistency. Granite and quartzite perform well where durability and heat resistance matter. We help match material to the
    application.

  • Can you support exterior applications?

Yes—with proper material selection and detailing. Porcelain, granite, and many quartzites can perform well outdoors.

  • Do you offer a commercial warranty?

Yes—We offer a 1-year limited warranty on fabrication and installation. After that, service calls may include a trip charge and repair cost depending on the issue.
