Trademark Universal Stone Warranty

At Trademark Universal Stone, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and installation. We take pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every project we complete.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty, effective from the day of installation, on all fabrication and installation services performed by Trademark Universal Stone. This warranty covers workmanship-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Installation of stone surfaces
  • Seams and repaired cracks
  • Sink installation

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation site. It does not cover damages resulting from natural wear and tear, improper use, impact, exposure to extreme conditions, or any alterations made by third parties after installation.

Post-Warranty Service

After the 1-year limited warranty period has expired, a trip charge of $350 will be assessed for any site visits. This fee does not include the cost of subsequent repairs, which will be quoted separately.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear of stone surfaces
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or chemical exposure
  • Variations in natural stone, including color, veining, and texture
  • Changes or repairs performed by parties other than Trademark Universal Stone
