Step 1: Request a Takeoff

Send plans, scope, and deadlines. We verify what’s included, flag gaps early, and initiate takeoff so pricing is based on reality, not assumptions.

Step 2: Bid + Clarify

We align scope, identify risks, and provide alternates or VE options where helpful. If something is unclear, we ask before we price it.

Step 3: Award + Pre-Construction Setup

Once awarded, we confirm authorization, collect required approvals, secure material holds, and lock scheduling expectations.

Step 4: Site Readiness + Pre-Template Walkthrough

On many commercial jobs, we verify conditions ahead of templating, including access, structural readiness, and trade interference, so template day is clean and productive.

Step 5: Field Templating

We capture exact field conditions. On commercial work, templating is coordinated and PM-guided, with photos, notes, and logistics documented for smooth downstream execution.

Step 6: Pre-Production

Your files go through internal refinement: editing, programming, and layouts. We prioritize seam strategy, movement, and execution details. Changes are documented and require approval before moving forward.

Step 7: Fabrication + Internal QC

Parts are cut, finished, labeled, staged, and QC’d before delivery. This is how we reduce install-day surprises.

Step 8: Installation + Punch + Closeout

Install is coordinated with site leadership and sequenced for efficiency. If anything needs follow-up, it’s documented, assigned, and resolved, not ignored.
