Allison is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Trademark’s gears turning. As Operations & Systems Manager, she leads the Project Management team and keeps the entire company flowing smoothly across departments. With nearly 13 years in the stone industry and a passion for making systems better, she’s part incredible, part coach, part magician.

Since joining Trademark in 2019, Allison has helped create more efficient workflows, empowered her team, and leveled up the business without losing the human touch. She’s known for jumping in, getting it done, and keeping it real.

At home, Allison is a proud wife and mom of three (including twins!), a Green Bay Packers fan, a reader, and a low-key Spanish learner. Her favorite part of Trademark? The fast pace, the growth, and the team that feels like family.
